Casa Ndomi Tepoz stole my heart with its breathtaking mountain views and tranquil ambiance. the helpful staff, who felt like family, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. After a day exploring the hills of Tepoztlán, the refreshing pool was a welcome treat, though my family adored the jacuzzi! the beautifully decorated room with air conditioning and comfortable amenities made our stay cozy and enjoyable. While a bit out of town, the quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat. The garden views and sun terrace added to the hotel's charm, perfect for unwinding after our adventures. We particularly appreciated the free WiFi, grocery shopping service, and welcome drink, which added a special touch to our experience. the housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring we always returned to a pristine room after a day of exploration. I must mention the delicious breakfast spread that satisfied our taste buds each morning. the tours and ticket assistance offered by the 24-hour front desk were helpful in planning our excursions.
